Join the annual dinner with live music and family-friendly activities at the Fall Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 2nd. This year’s dinner is being catered by Book the Cooks and will include fall favorites like sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, clam chowder, and bread rolls with butter along with your choice of steak, chicken, clambake, or vegetarian entree.
Children will get a free kid’s meal of hotdogs, apples, and a bag of chips with every dinner purchase. Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance. Fun activities include pumpkin art, hayrides, and body painting.

The Chagrin Documentary Film Festival showcases some of the finest documentary films at various venues across Chagrin Falls over a span of five days. The festival has drawn over 45,000 attendees from around the globe to date. This year’s films include 54 Miles to Home and Hinomaru: Homecoming of a Flag to be screened at the Chagrin Falls Historical Society and 44 Lights: Music from Ground Zero to be screened at Chagrin Falls Township Hall, among many others. Evergreen Cemetery

The Chagrin Falls Historical Society and Murphy Funeral Home are hosting the fifth installment of Spirits Alive! at the second-oldest cemetery in the township. This storytelling event invites participants to visit five graves and meet six spirits who will narrate their life stories.
This year’s spirits include well-known residents like Dr. George Cameron as well as a mysterious murder victim who died in 1920. Admission is $15 and includes refreshments. The event will push through rain or shine and requires a reservation.
